...but she is learning she is not super-human.

*This my take on your mom's last post...she beat me to it!  Here is my side of the story*

As the days and weeks go by, you continue to grow.  Mom is finally getting strangers asking if she is pregnant.  Up until recently, I think some people were still afraid to ask because they did not want to offend her in case she was just fat.  But, it isn't her tummy that has been the most noticeable change for her.  It is how tired you are slowly making her each day.

I think she refuses to believe something so small can make her so tired.  So each day she still wakes up early, works all day, goes to boot camp, comes home and takes the dog for a walk with me, makes dinner and then heads to bed.  On the weekends, she continues to clean, rearrange, run errands, paint, build and so pretty much a million things from the time she wakes up Saturday morning until she goes to bed on Sunday night.

It finally hit her last week where she actually had to take the day off of work on Tuesday because she was so worn out Monday after the weekend.  I told her that she needs to slow down and this past weekend she finally relaxed a little.  It has helped to get her through the week with a little more energy.  But even though she is sleeping better this week and was well rested going into it, she turned to me at lunch today and said "I could so change clothes and take a nap right now."

That may not seem like a big deal, but your mom NEVER takes naps.  I think she is going to have to learn, especially when you finally get here.  I for one can sit down on the couch and be asleep in 5 min. any time of day, any day of the week.  So I'm hoping that comes in handy when you are keeping us up all hours of the night.  I also, hope your mom can learn how to do it.

For little girl, you sure like to burn mom out already.  Maybe it will be my turn to get worn out chasing you around the house when you finally learn to walk!

I love you,
Dad
